Strong U (6 weeks) January 17 – March 2, 2022 – Mon-Wed 6:15pm

Enjoy the benefits of movement from the comfort of your own home. Improve your mobility, stability and strength in this 6 weeks training program. We will start where you are at and we will progress you gradually to the best version of yourself.

Recommended: dumbells, kettlebells, or other makeshift weights (soup cans, water jugs, etc.).
