Metcon

Metcon or Metabolic Conditioning is a circuit training that involves challenging the total body with compound exercises, longer work and shorter recovery intervals. It pushes the human body to its limits with fast-paced cardio and strength exercises to build muscle, and endurance. These workouts can be tailored to an individual’s fitness level.  METCON is used to enhance sports performance, but it’s also a great way to rev up your metabolism and lose weight!

Shift & Lift

Shift & Lift is a mix of indoor cycling and weight training. Rev it up with powerful rides combining hill climbs, intervals and sprints  to get that heart rate up and get that nice burn in your legs.  Follow this with a series of compound movements for a complete body workout.

Zumba

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might see in a nightclub. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required.

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a ground-based movement program. It combines elements from different bodyweight disciplines such as breakdancing, parkour, and hand balancing with animal locomotion pattern. The movements can be performed alone, or combined into “flows” where you are linking together different elements into a continuous chain of energy and movement. It can be practiced by individuals of all skill levels, with movements ranging from entry level all the way to very advanced.
