This program is an introduction level and best suited for those without experience with animal flow. Students will go through the fundamentals of animal flow like Ape, Beast, Crab, and level 1 transitions & stretches.  Also great for advanced practitioners who would like to review and drill the basics of animal flow to maintain a strong foundation.
