BEAT THE BELL (coming soon)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? Grab your towel and water bottle and get ready for a heart pumping work out with this high intensity program. Beat the bell incorporates combat moves, plyometrics and calisthenics. Join us for this 45 minutes work out and see how tough you are. Will you beat the bell or hit the deck? 

 

 

 

ZUMBA

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

 

 

 

 

STRONG U

Enjoy the benefits of movement from the comfort of your own home. Improve your mobility, stability and strength in this 6 weeks training program. We will start where you are at and we will progress you gradually to the best version of yourself.

Recommended: dumbells, kettlebells, or other makeshift weights (soup cans, water jugs, etc.).

QIGONG (coming soon)

When ancient wisdom meets sport science. Qigong is a mind-body practice involving movement, breathing technics, visualization and meditation. Similar to Tai Chi, when practiced regularly, qigong can improve your range of motion, make your body more supple, work on your balance, calm the mind and help the body heal physically and emotionally. Ideal for people of all ages from pure beginners who have never exercised to elite athletes.
