The 6 Weeks Nutritious Eating Challenge is a 6 weeks program that will coach you through simple habits, arm you with great knowledge and provide you with delicious recipes and dietician approved meal plan. 

No rapid weight loss is promised, in fact, we don’t want that at all. This program is more of a slow and steady approach.

We are creatures of habits and those take times to build. The 6 Weeks Nutritious Eating Challenge works on building yourself up to a healthier you one habit at a time with simple daily coaching and support from the community.

Why should you do this challenge with me?

It turns out I know a thing or two about building habits, good nutrition and how difficult it can be.

I’m a WKC World Karate Champion and 4th degree Shotokan black belt. That took years to accomplish. As we say in karate, repetition is key to success. Good nutrition and healthy habits were essential to making these goals a reality. But it was no overnight success. Time, effort, successes, failures, sacrifices, daily training were all part of the journey. After all, a black belt is only a white belt that hit the ground more often. It’s not how many times you fall but how many times you get back up.

After becoming world champion in 2014, I went on to complete my personal training certification at Infofit. Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand so I got my level 1 Precision Nutrition certification and finalizing my Holistic Nutrition for weight loss. I have been training people for a living for the last 7 years and I love what I do. I have helped countless people create lasting habits to build the body that they want. Rome was not built in one day, neither is your body.

My dream is to  help as many people as I can transform their body and their life by sharing what I have learnt through years of elite level competition, my martial experience, and sound knowledge of exercise and nutrition. As my slogan says “Dare to Dream…Train to Succeed!” Will you be part of my dream?

The 6 Weeks Nutritious Eating Challenge is a program that will:

 

Create new eating habits

We will guide you step by step to creating new eating habits in a specific, achievable, realistic and timely manner. 

Get rid of the foods that suck up your energy

Sometimes the food we like is not the one our body needs. You will learn the foods and habit that will rev up your metabolism and make you feel energized. 

Regulate your blood sugar

Avoid the sugar spikes and crashes and maintain a regular blood sugar.

Help decrease inflammation

You will learn which food causes inflammation and which food is better for you.

Introduce easy movement

We will get you moving with 2  weekly body weight workouts.

Support

Through our coaching app and access to the private facebook group will have all the support you need at the tip of your fingers.

Easy to digest knowledge

In this program we go a bit further than the clean up challenge. We will give you simple, practical and doable tools on nutrition to help you better understand your choices.

Recipe Manual Included

To take the head ache out of cooking recipes are included with a dietician approved meal plan to follow. 

Grocery Lists

Grocery list will be provided to facilitate your shopping and keep you on track.

Will I have to starve myself to complete the challenge?

No. Absolutely not. This is not a weight loss challenge. Although you might end up losing some weight the focus is on creating healthy habits. We want you to eat plenty of the right food and avoid the bad one. With our coaching you will know how to make the difference. 

When does it start and how long is the program?

This challenge starts on Monday February 28th and ends on Sunday April 10th

How is the coaching delivered?

The coaching will be delivered mainly through the New Horizon Fitness app. The app is accessible through the mobile app or desktop via the website newhorizonfitess.com. Some emails will be sent as well and a private facebook group. 

What is the winning prize?

First place will get a $100 gift certificate of your choice (lululemon, health food store etc…) Second place will get $75 gift certificate or your choice and third place will get $50 gift certificate of your choice.

How do you win the prize?

To be eligible for the prize draw you must track your habits, and enter your before and after photos in the New Horizon Fitness app. Your login info will be sent to you after you sign up. You must complete 75% of your habits to be eligible for the draw. Our app will track your progress and that is how we will be able to tell. So, it is important that you use the app. After all, it’s all about accountability. Deadline to submit your tracking and photos is April 12th, 2022 midnight. All eligible names will be put in a random name picker app and winners will be chosen randomly. 

When is the draw for the prize?

Wednesday April 13th, 2022 at 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
