I’m Liza.
I am a certified personal trainer and 4th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate. Not only am I a two-time WKC world champion, but I am also a certified Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss coach, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certifed. I love dancing and riding my bike in the summer. People that trained with me often described me as a little fire cracker because of my energy and enthusiasm.
I am dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential. With my extensive knowledge in both fitness and nutrition, I will guide you through this simple 28 day program. As a former world champion, I bring a competitive edge to my coaching, pushing clients to be their best selves.
